Shaymaa is a trained pharmaceutical technical assistant (PTA), having completed my education at the Bernd Blindow School in Mannheim. She has been working in the medical cannabis field for over two years, gaining extensive experience in the production of prescription cannabis medicines such as cannabis flowers and extracts.
Her main focus lies in the education and communication around medical cannabis and its proper handling. Shaymaa works closely with healthcare professionals and serves as the Quality Management Officer at GROW Germany. Responsibilities include SOP review, supporting the Responsible Person for Wholesale, and overseeing matters related to quality control and quality management. She is involved in product distribution to pharmacies, and maintains close communication with physicians regarding the CAMFIT study and the introduction of new cannabis products to the market.
